Your Rights

Under KVKK Article 11, you have the following rights:

• Request deletion of your personal data
• Request destruction of your data
• Object to data processing
• Stop marketing communication

Application Methods

You can submit your request in 3 ways:

• Email: written request to kvkk@remaxmysun.com.tr
• Mail: notarized written application to our office address
• In-person: at our office with ID

Required Information in Your Application

Your application should include:

• Name, surname, TC ID number
• Residence or work address for notification
• Email, phone, fax
• Request subject (deletion, objection, etc.)
• Justification and supporting documents

Response Time

Per KVKK, your application is processed within 30 days at most from the request date and notified to you in writing or electronically.

Cases That May Be Denied

Some data is kept due to legal obligations (e.g., invoices, contracts, tax documents) and cannot be subject to deletion requests. In such cases, the reason for denial is notified to you in writing.
