Which Personal Data We Process

The following data is processed via contact forms and listing registration on the site:

• Identity: first name, last name
• Contact: email, phone, address
• Property info: location, m², room count, price
• Web usage: cookies, IP address, browser info

Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Providing real estate advisory service to you
• Responding to your contact requests
• Listing matching and recommendations
• Marketing communication (with your explicit consent)
• Fulfilling legal obligations

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your data may be shared with our authorized real estate agents and group companies within the scope of service delivery. It is transferred to official authorities in case of legal obligation. Transfer abroad takes place only with your explicit consent.

Storage Period

Your data is stored for the periods set forth in the relevant legislation or for the period required by the processing purpose. At the end of the period, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized within our destruction policy.

Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• Learn whether your data is processed
• Request information if processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether used for that purpose
• Know 3rd parties to whom data is transferred (domestic/abroad)
• Request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly
• Request deletion/destruction per KVKK and related legislation
• Request notification of corrections to 3rd parties
• Object to automated analysis
• Request compensation for damages from unlawful processing
